At Simply Simone, we aim to curate products and experiences built with...
Although standardization certainly has it's place, we leave that to the big corporations. Rather, we prefer to treat every client and every project as unique and deserving of special treatment.
Simply Simone is a "we" not an "I" because we do not operate alone. It all starts with our clients and thier visions then the brainstorming begins. We recognize the weath of knowlege and experience in fellow artisans and believe in collaboration over competition. Therefore, you may see other local caterers, chefs, and businesses interacting on your event.
This outlook keeps us humble and focused on quality over other consideration. Our efforts are rooted in care and creativity with our success linked directly to your happiness.

The Hinge Cafe was a cozy eatery snuggled in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. It was a place that brought together good food and good people and was known for...
...quality comfort food and brunch including fan favorites such as cinnamon bun pancakes, hearty breakfast burritos, and scrapple fries.
...holiday events such as breakfast with santa, New Year's Eve & Valentine's dinners, and Mother's Day brunch
...and it's "thrift-eclectic" attmosphere full of color and texture where many said it "felt like home".
The Hinge was the highly adaptive and proved to be a rich testing ground for new ideas and benefitted from the hard work of friends, family, and many talented employees that participated in this 2 decade long experiment for learning never ends.
Simone's most signficant baby was a serendipitous gift who added sparkle and shine to her life. As a parent it important to demonstrate fortitude even when life throws obstacles and impediments in our path.
The children are watching.
